Working with Annyka in the lead-up to the Youth Olympic Qualifier completely changed how I look at competing. The mindset work we did helped me accept my nerves instead of fighting them, and use them to ride better. She also gave me invaluable advice on when to step myself and my horses up. Everything we worked on has made a lasting difference in how I prepare for any event, big or small.
